A. 6:00pm Flora will meet with Pastor Wang’s family
B. 6:45pm meet at Sandy’s house成意, singing, bible reading & prayer for 20 min.
C. 7:10pm Kelly Luo’s house羅春: same caroling contents
D. 7:35pm Mr.s & Mrs. Gu’s house顧伯伯，顧媽媽: same caroling contents
E. 8:00pm Dr. Xiao, Hong’s house蕭宏
F. Youth will following Chinese group’s direction, then go to Escape
12/24/08 Wed.
People attending caroling: Pastor Wang, Pauline, Kirsten, Kristian, Zheng Hua, Guo-Ping, Sandy, Wendy, Thomas, Cerina (10 people)
A. 6:30pm Pastor Wang will meet Brother Zheng Hua & Sister Guo-Ping, then go to Mr. Huang’s house
B. 7:00pm Mr. & Mrs. Huang’s house黃伯伯、黃媽媽 (30-40 min.)
C. 8:00pm Thomas & Cerina’s house: Brothers & sisters from Coppell & Lewisville will come. Small worship will be held.
3. 1/24/09 Chinese New Year program (1/23/09 Friday night fellowship is cancelled)

F. 抽獎Prize drawing: 因環保的緣故，鼓勵弟兄姊妹將自己家中多出來的、可用的物品，包裝好，於當晚帶來作為抽獎。歡迎弟兄姊妹按自己的情況，奉獻禮物。若沒有禮物，沒有關係，就將自己帶著禱告的心，來參加當晚的聚會，以此作為獻給神的新年禮物。Due to recycle reason, pastoral staffs encourage brothers & sisters to bring wrapped usable & un-needed item as prize drawing. It is okay if no gift to bring. Just bring a prayerful heart to attend the program as gift to God. (Sandy will lead)

5. 2009 calendar
A. Youth Small group:
Pastor Wang’s sharing: Currently Pastor Don leads boys & girls small groups. Pastor Don sharing: that he can go deeper sharing with boys, but not girls due to gender.
Pastor Wang suggested that in reality church’s situation is to do joint group instead of separate group. Unless there are female co-worker to lead girl small group, then we can do separate small group.
Pastor Don shared that joining the groups would reduce the effectiveness of the small group principle. It is difficult for the guys to share deeply with girls in the group. It is best if a spiritual maturing mom or sister would join in with the goal of leading the girl’s small group. But even without the benefit of encouraging the girls in their spiritual disciplines in the context of a small group would be better than not having them at all or just doing the same on a Friday night. The Friday night program requires no commitment from the youth other than show up. While, the small group involvement requires a higher level of personal commitment with the understanding that group members will hold each other accountable in their spiritual disciplines.
6. BGCT Short Term Mission Trip (the week of July 19-24)
Pastor Don will contact Dr. Tyson to confirm the details of the trip and present Friday am meeting. Then present the details to the Board on Sunday.
