Present: Pastor Paul, Pastor Don, Flora
1. Prayer
2. Mike’s church attendance verification letter to DTS
l Pastoral staffs e-mailed Mike’s church attendance verification letter to DTS and also explained in e-mail for not sending the letter before due date. Pastor Don also talked to Registrar Ben Simpson to explain the situation.
3. Update Mission policy: Flora sent to mission committee to review the updated policy.
4. 12/14, 12/21, 12/28 Adult Sunday school teaching
l Pastor Wang will teach個人佈道法
5. 1/17/09 Chinese New Year program (1/16/09 Friday night fellowship is cancelled)
6. 2009 1st qtr. Roster: Flora e-mail to dept. head to update.
7. Church sign: Need to update the worship schedule on the sign
A. To be discussed at Deacon Board meeting.
8. BGCT Short Term Mission Trip (the week of July 19-24)
Pastor Don will contact Dr. Tyson to confirm the details of the trip and present Friday am meeting. Then present the details to the Board on Sunday.
9. Reminder:
l 12/14 Deacon board meeting & budget meeting.
l 12/19 Friday night Strategic meeting. Flora will e-mail to Mike & Sandy to present 2009 adult short term mission ppt. Pastor Don will present youth short term mission ppt.
