Present: Pastor Wang, Flora, Mary

1.          Finance dept. issue

A.          Pastoral meeting noticed $100 difference on March general fund and mission fund between CCC financial report and April magazine.

B.          Pastoral meeting sent an e-mail to deacon board including financial dept. co-worker on 4/9/09.

C.          Sister Cerina responded:

                            i.                4/9/09  Sorry, I am base on the general ledger and reconcile it to the bank and report to you all as what it is. If you all need a detail, I could download the detail for you.

                          ii.                4/10/09  Please see attached, the $100 difference from GF apparently went to mission. 

                        iii.                4/10/09  Sorry, forgot to explain, the pdf file I just sent is a consolidated income statement (includes all the funds).

D.         Pastoral meeting appreciates Sister Cerina’s responsible feedback.

E.          Solution:

                            i.                Pastoral meetings suggests Sister Yan & Cerina to explain the $100 difference.

                          ii.                Pastoral meeting suggests each month before the monthly financial report was posted on monthly magazine, sister Flora will ask sister Yan & Cerina to verify the figures.

F.           Pastoral meeting asks this issue to be approved in this coming deacon board meeting on 4/12/09. 

G.         Brother Albert: please to put this item on the deacon board meeting agenda.

2.          Brother John Lee’s wife sister Yang, Sue Feng楊素芬姊妹asked Brother Lee’s sister Lily Lee李麗珠姊妹 to give CCC 6 pots of lily flowers, 2 boxes of cake, and $200 cash loving fund offering.
