Present: Pastor Wang, Jason Crothers, Flora Chen

1.          Regarding Brother Jason

a)          Brother Jason will take responsibility for short term mission training as follows:

                            i.                Bible story: Jason will print out bible story materials from BGCT website for 2007 materials, and put into a binder for each youth.  He said youth will need to read the materials by themselves.  He will do the training.  Jason said he will provide the material on a weekly basis, and he said that he will provide the whole 5 VBS classes contents as soon as he can and by 5/3 Sunday the latest.

                          ii.                Recreation: Jason said he will write down the content for recreation and will include it in the binder by 5/3 the latest.

                        iii.                Music: Jason suggested that church can buy CD for about $14.  Pastoral meeting suggested Brother Jason to buy the CD and get reimbursed by 5/3 the latest.

                        iv.                Craft: Jason will encourage & coordinate with youth how to choose appropriate craft by 5/3 the latest.

                          v.                Flora will help to buy half inch binders and dividers and bring to church on 4/19 Sunday.
