Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You this weekend I can spend with old friends. Thank You for speaking to me through the last 2 weekend sermons. You showed me You are in control in tough times and my response is to live by faith. You showed me that I should not go back to the past, but keep moving in the new things You want to show me. Thank You for good sermons and showing me the importance of the quality of preaching. Thank You for showing me that preaching is a calling and requires a life committment.  Please help me sell my house if it’s Your will. So far, there have been more than 25 showings, but no interest. Help me sort out Your calling through this time and help me move forward and not doubt.  In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for this week in Dallas. I have 6 house showings so far. Today another one will come. Even though no one is interested so far, may You bless each person who comes that they may see something to let them know the owner is a Christian. May You bless this house for the next people to live in.

Thank You for giving me the book to read this week – “The Search for Significance” by Robert McGee. I’m reminded how important is Jesus’ work on the cross for me – to give me justification, reconciliation, propitiation, and regeneration. Because of what Jesus did for me, I am totally forgiven, totally accepted and pleasing to You, Jesus has taken my punishment on the cross, and I am a new creation. May You help me learn a lot from the biblical counseling class and help me apply it in my life and to help others. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for bringing me back to Dallas to see my brothers and sisters here. Thank You for watching over my house while I’m gone. Thank You for the new contract from the old company. Thank You for these 5 months, I have experienced Your faithfulness and adjustments to my life. It has helped given me more understanding about myself and to prepare me for ministry in the future. Thank You for giving me the time to experience working with Pastor Wang and Flora in ministry meetings. I pray my time here will be fruitful. Bless this church and the ministries. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
